Case Study – Iron Mountain

Objective – To acquire a new document storage facility within 30 minutes drivetime of Central London, benchmarked against preset critical cost parameters.

Result – Using a consultancy-led analysis and search process, we identifi ed two cost-effective sites upon which a bespoke solution, incorporating two separate buildings (to meet critical fi re separation requirements) and 21m clear internal height.
