Biggest industrial lease in Zaragoza

The Spanish Industrial and Logistics team has advised Covecasa on the lease of a 11,800 sq m industrial unit in Zaragoza. The unit has been rented to a pharmaceutical company, Laboratorios Belmac, and is the largest industrial lease in the area this year.
