CHALLENGE - CB Richard Ellis has advised DPDJ on the rental situation of 20,000sq m warehouse to reorganise the supply and logistic process.

SOLUTION - After a complete benchmark of all different options, CBRE would advise DPDJ International to rent the logistic park developed by Prologis in Moissy Cramayel "Parc de Chanteloup". This park situated in the logistic pole of senart, will develop 150,000sq m with high environmental quality and with all the convenience for DPDJ, including the construction by the owner of a cold room of : 2,500sq m of surface inside the warehouse.

CBRE France carried out the sale of a warehouse of 41,000 sq m in Paris region (Lisses).

This deal has been carried out between the Group Geodis, corporate clients of CBRE Paris, and ProLogis, the buyer.

Geodis remains the tenant of the property.

With this deal, all the Geodis assets in Lisses, comprising 5 buildings, representing over 140,000 sq m of built area, have been sold. The main current tenants are Geodis (3 buildings), ID Logistics (1 building of 35,000 sq m) and Bridgestone (1 building of 25,000 sq m).

CBRE France carried out all these trasactions between the end of 2004 and the end of 2005.

CBRE France concluded the sale of an industrial site in order to be renovated.

This site, about 10,000 sq m, is located in Creteil.

CBRE France represented the seller, ID Logistics, corporate client of CBRE France, and the buyer, Sogaris, a major developer in logistics platforms.

CBRE France let a warehouse of 21,868 sq m at La Courneuve (93) to ID Logistics. This transaction is related to the warehouse of Dugny. The synergies generated by the positioning of the two platforms met the agreement of the group.

CBRE France let 9,954 sq m at Longueil Sainte-Marie (60) to C&A. C&A was looking for a second logistic platform in Paris area.
